此日課聖詩於基督君王日前夕晚禱使用，包括羅馬舊禮日課與新禮日課。

O Lord of ages, thee we sing; We hail thee as the nations’ King, O Christ; our only Judge thou art, Thou searcher of the mind and heart. |
一、萬世之主我眾歌唱，歡呼基督萬國君王； 惟你是我審判之主，鑒察心思洞悉肺腑。 |
| Scelesta turba clamitat: Regnare Christum nolumus: Te nos ovantes omnium Regem supremum dicimus. |
Though evil shouting mobs maintain: We will not have this Christ to reign: Not such is our triumphant cry, Who hail thee King of kings most high. |
二、惡眾雖然喧嚷張狂，不願基督作王掌權； 我眾卻以凱歌頌揚，尊主至高萬王之王。 |
| O Christe, Princeps Pacifer, Mentes rebelles subjice: Tuoque amore devios, Ovile in unum congrega. |
O Christ, thou Prince of peace, subdue All rebel thoughts; our minds renew; And gather into thy one fold The wanderers whom thy love doth hold. |
三、基督你是和平之君，降服逆念使我更新； 蒙主慈愛迷途之羊，求你招聚同歸一群。 |
| Ad hoc cruenta ab arbore Pendes apertis brachiis, Diraque fossum cuspide Cor igne flagrans exhibes. |
For this thou hangèdst on the Tree With arms outstretched in fervent plea; And showèdst forth thy burning heart Transfixèd by the cruèl dart. |
四、為此你曾懸於木上，伸開雙臂懇切祈禱； 顯露聖心愛火熾盛，竟被殘酷長矛刺透。 |
| Ad hoc in aris abderis Vini dapisque imagine, Fundens salutem filiis Transverberato pectore. |
For this thy piercèd side doth shed, Beneath the forms of wine and bread, Thy grace upon thy sons; yet thou Art hidden at the Altar now. |
五、為此你從被刺肋旁，藉著聖餐餅酒之形； 向眾子民傾注救恩，隱藏己身於祭壇上。 |
| Te nationum Præsides Honore tollant publico, Colant magistri, judices, Leges et artes exprimant. |
The rulers of the nations raise To thee their meed of public praise; Instructors, judges, thee confess; Art, science, law, thy truth express. |
六、列國元首當眾頌主，師儒判官同認基督； 文藝科學以及律法，皆當表明主的真道。 |
| Submissa regum fulgeant Tibi dicata insignia: Mitique sceptro patriam Domosque subde civium. |
Let kings be fain to dedicate To thee the emblems of the state; And let our homes and fatherland Be subject to thy kind command. |
七、願諸君王甘心奉獻，王權徽號敬陳主前； 願我家室以及邦國，悉遵主命服主仁政。 |
| Jesu, tibi sit gloria, Qui sceptra mundi temperas, Cum Patre, et almo Spiritu, In sempiterna sæcula. Amen. |
Jesu, to thee we glory pay, Ruling earth’s kingdoms neath thy sway; All glory, as is ever meet, To Father and to Paraclete. Amen. |
八、耶穌我眾頌主榮光，主掌王權統治萬邦； 聖父以及保惠聖靈，同受榮耀世世無盡。阿們。 |

℣. All power is given unto me. ℟. In heaven and in earth. |
